Do you slush investors funds?
We are not a REIT or a Fund. If you are involved in a deal from us, you are Involved in your own deal with your funds so you have much more control over the investment.
What if I do not want to own rentals?
Being a landlord is not the only way to invest in real estate. We have programs to get you involved as a funding partner or to get you involved in turn around projects that you can get in and out of in a much shorter period of time than holding long term rentals.
What if I do not have a credit score and want to borrow money or buy an investment property?
We offer financing for all credit situations. Many of our clients live abroad and do not have a credit score and we are able to structure the deal and line up the financing for their specific needs.
Will you buy non performing properties ?
We buy performing and non performing properties. Each deal is unique and we approach each one differently.
When can I get started?
The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, the second best time is today. There's always a reason to put off dealing with a real estate problem or getting started with Real Estate investing, but really the time is now.
Does my location matter?
No. We work with a multitude of investors from all over the word and in several markets around the country. We tailor a deal to fit your needs and level of comfort.
Does your company deal in commerical or residential properties?
In the past 26 years we have been involved in more than 1000 Real Estate Investment transactions. from vacant lots and single family homes to multi million dollar commercial turn arounds. We view all properties on their potential ROI for the investor.
Will you partner with me on a deal ?
In certain situations we are always willing to partner. All deals and situations are unique. If you have something in mind, bring it up in the appointment and we can discuss options.
